We started observing tracked prices on this catalog this week. Drops compare the latest snapshot against the one from at least 7 days prior, so the first week of data is the baseline.

How we track this
- Prices are observed daily per merchant, snapshotted at 05:00 UTC.
- The "lowest tracked price" is the minimum across all merchants we have a live listing for, in stock.
- Drop % is forward-only — we never backfill prices from third-party archives.
- Alerts run on a Monday cron and only fire once per product per week, even on a sustained drop.
