The catalog skews toward Tier-1 manufacturers (LONGi, Canadian Solar, REC, QCells, Silfab, Aptos, Trina) because second-tier panels rarely outlast their warranties.
For most US homeowners in 2026, the right panel sits in the 22–22.8% efficiency band at $0.27–$0.33 per watt. Lower than that and you are buying a B-grade or distressed lot; higher than that and you are paying for a brand premium that will not pay back inside a 25-year horizon.
